The Five GOLDEN Rules for the PICK 3 Player

Now that you are familiar with the basic odds available to you, I will now try to give you an insight into the dynamics of the PICK 3 results. While doing this, you will learn almost effortlessly, the so-called FIVE GOLDEN RULES for the PICK 3 player.

As mentioned earlier, this manual uses only statistical background information and research, the proof of this information will also be provided.

To win the big prize you usually have to pick the right number out a thousand choices. If you use the following rules correctly you can eliminate a lot of numbers and number combinations from your choices. That will allow you to play far more effectively and efficiently.

When you observe the results of PICK 3 drawings (such as those I provide you with as an appendix) you will find out that some number combinations occur more or less often than others.

RULE 1: Don't play numbers with multiple digits!

This first rule - even though it might sound surprising - is to eliminate all of the numbers that contain a digit more than once.

In the 1000 choices to pick between 000 and 999 there are only 270 choices that contain multiple digits, such as 445, 737, 966, or 000.

Specifically, there are exactly 270 numbers with 2 equal digits and only 10 numbers with 3 equal digits (000, 111, 222, 333, 444, 555, 666, 777, 888, 999).

So in 72 percent of the cases numbers will have no multiple occurrence of the same digit.

If you play the BOX or SUPERBOX option you minimize your chances of winning when you choose a number that contains two of the same digits.

Example: In a drawing like

5 4 4

you would only win with the BOX ticket 445, 454, 544.

Whereas in the following drawing result

5 4 8

you would win the BOX (or SUPERBOX) option with six combinations, 458, 485, 548,584, 845 and 854.

By following just this one simple rule, in seventy-two percent of all drawings, your odds will improve as demonstrated below:

By using the STRAIGHT play type your chances are 1:720 instead of the normal 1:1000.

Using the BOX (or SUPERBOX) option your chances are even better; 1:120 instead of 1:166.6.

This means an improvement of 28% in about 3 out of 4 drawings.
